Leading the way to ICT success. This report was based on research funded by the Baring Foundation in 2002. Chief officers and other senior managers in several dozen successful voluntary organisations were interviewed, to explore the links between their general approach to management and their organisation's effective use of ICT.
The research was carried out in collaboration with Martin Jones and with Aba Maison from Lasa.
